Are the products handmade?
Yes, every creation stems from an artistic and artisanal process.
Many pieces take shape from hand-painted artworks or concepts developed with particular attention to color, composition, and material quality. The cushions are unique pieces; blankets can also be ordered in small quantities.
Is each piece unique?
Many of the creations are unique pieces or produced in small editions.
This characteristic makes each item special and capable of bringing personality, harmony, and authenticity to your home spaces.
What materials do you use?
I use carefully selected materials, prioritizing quality, aesthetic appeal, and comfort.
Depending on the collection, products can be made from cotton, natural fibers, and pure merino wool.
Where are the products made?
The creations are made in Italy, with particular attention to artisanal quality, the supply chain, and the value of craftsmanship. The supplier I work with is a historic family business located in Calabria.
Timelines and Shipping
How long does a custom creation take?
Timelines can vary based on the type of project and availability.
Generally, custom-made items have a production time of 3–4 business weeks.
Do you ship?
Yes, I ship within Italy and, upon request, also internationally.
To ensure reliability and care in delivery, I collaborate with Poste Italiane and Bartolini, selecting the most suitable service based on the order and destination.
For custom-made products, delivery times are generally 3–4 business weeks.
For in-stock products, delivery times within Italy are approximately 3–4 business days, excluding holidays.
For EU countries, delivery times may vary based on the destination.
Payments
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, installment payments are available through Klarna.
Klarna allows you to split your purchase into multiple payments, with no additional fees depending on the selected plan. The option will appear directly at checkout once the service activation is completed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept the main digital payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and installment payments with Klarna.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. In accordance with Italian and European consumer protection regulations (Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
How can I start a return?
To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order via the website contact form or by email, including your order number and the reason for the return. I will provide you with the return instructions.
Does the product need to be in its original condition?
Yes, the product must be returned intact, unused, in its original packaging, and free from damage. Made-to-order or personalized products may not be eligible for return, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
